FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I size my nails?
We use the coin sizing method for all orders (pre-set and custom). Exact instructions on this method are included when choosing your set.
Tips for a perfect photo:
-
Ensure good lighting
-
Keep your hand flat and relaxed
-
Make sure the coin is directly next to each nail
-
Avoid angled or blurry shots
Orders cannot be started without a sizing photo.
What if I order a sizing kit?
If you choose a sizing kit:
-
You do not need to upload a coin sizing photo
-
A sizing kit will be shipped to you first
-
Once you receive your kit, submit your sizes using our Size Submission Form
-
Production begins only after sizes are received
What is your refund policy?
Before your set ships:
Orders can be cancelled or refunded any time before production begins.
After your set is received:
-
You have 3 days from delivery to request a refund only if there is a problem with your order (wrong sizing, damaged nails, or defects)
-
After 3 days, all sales are final
Additional notes:
-
Refunds do not cover design preference changes
-
All refund requests must include photos of the issue for approval
Can I submit a custom design?
Yes! If your design is not listed on our site, you can submit a custom request using our Custom Order Form (linked on the site).
-
You will still use the coin sizing method for your measurements
-
A preview photo will be provided before your custom set ships
How long does it take to receive my order?
Pre-set designs:
Production typically takes 5–7 business days before shipping.
Custom designs:
-
Production begins after all details are confirmed & payment is completed.
-
If special materials are required (such as specific nail decals or polish colors), production time may be extended slightly to allow for sourcing
Can press-on nails damage my natural nails?
When applied and removed properly, press-on nails will not damage your natural nails.
-
Always follow the included removal instructions
-
Avoid prying or peeling aggressively
What if my nails don’t fit perfectly?
-
Sizing issues are rare when the coin method is used correctly
-
If minor adjustments are needed, you can file or gently trim the nails at home
-
For custom sets, minor adjustments can also be requested after the preview photo is sent
